Just did a search on the internet for a company
close to Sheffield. Sent for four quotes from different
companies. Yours was not only competitive but you also answered
all my questions and queries by E mail very quickly. Some
companies did't even respond to my e mails.
I would just like to say also that the men who came to fit
the worktop were great. They were puctual, courteous, and
very pleasant to deal with. We have had many workmen in
the house recently as we have had a very large extension
built over the past year. Our experience has therefore been
very mixed with workmen and so I feel very qualified to
comment on the service your workmen provided. Please pass
on my comments to them, they were a credit to your company.

They look very good. The two fitters worked hard. They were
very courteous and obliging.

Dear Scott (if I may!)
I simply wanted to thank you, and to say how very impressed
indeed I am with your company. You yourself took such trouble
to solve my problems, photographing colour samples etc.
and faxing and emailing, and finally giving me the sinks
I wanted all along! And the sink 'lids' I asked for are
simply brilliant too.
But I also must congratulate you on your two really nice
boys, who did both the measuring and installation, and who
were fantastic, and most remarkable. Highly efficient, fast
and thoroughly professional, charming and polite, nothing
was too much trouble, even to smoothing off a couple of
corners, and putting in the holes for two new sinkerator
things this morning when they came in early to finish everything
off.... They coped brilliantly and cheerfully with something
I had not anticipated -namely an apparently unfinished floor
unit, and having to work round the carpenter etc. etc. -
and, as they left this morning, they both chimed out cheerily
'enjoy your new kitchen'... Thanks to you all, I certainly
shall - the Corian worktop has been the one element that
has gone without a hitch in the installation of the kitchen,
looks wonderful, and was installed by your very impressive
boys in the most perfectly professional, accomodating and
totally satisfactory manner
I am absolutely thrilled with the work, and will certainly
recommend your and your company to everyone I can think
of, and I'm just pleased that I can take the credit for
finding you originally on the Internet, and managed to persuade
the kitchen furniture company to use you!
W hen your receipt comes in I shall certainly keep it for
your address for future reference.
